Cancellation and refund policy

Digital goods are non-refundable

Everything AlfaBuildCore sells, templates, PDF guides, playbooks, program access and recordings, is a digital product delivered immediately after payment. Because access cannot be returned once it is granted, these purchases are non-refundable and orders cannot be cancelled after delivery.

When we do refund you

• · Duplicate payment, you were charged more than once for the same order.
• · Failed delivery, payment succeeded but you never received access, and we cannot restore it for you.
• · Wrong item charged, you were billed for a product you did not order.
• · Cancelled by us, we cancel or discontinue a program before it is delivered to you.

Consulting calls

A booked consulting call can be rescheduled free of charge if you tell us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. A call missed without notice is treated as delivered and is not refundable. If we have to cancel and cannot offer you a new slot, you get a full refund.

How to raise a request

Email support@alfabuildcore.com within 7 days of the charge with the payment reference, the product name and the email used at checkout. We acknowledge every request within 2 business days and tell you the outcome with the reason.

Approved refund timelines

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3–5 business days to show the amount in your account.
